How long does the battery last? Up to 14 days on a single charge with normal nightly use.

Is it loud enough to wake me? The vibration is calibrated to wake you without sound. Heavy sleepers can set repeat vibration intervals.

Does it need a phone or app? No. Zsleeps is a standalone device, set the alarm directly on the band.

Can I shower with it? It's water-resistant for daily use but not designed for swimming or showering.
